WePayOnline provides Businesses, Schools, Non-Profits, and Churches the ability to accept, process and manage online payments. Additionally, WePayOnline allows these businesses an Accounts Receivable tool that streamlines the collecting and processing of payments.

WePayOnline was created by the parents of three elementary schoolchildren who wanted to streamline the payment process for such things as school lunches and extra-curricular activities. We have now branched out to include our services to businesses who want to provide their customers the ability to pay their invoices through an Online Payment Site.

WePayOnline evolved out of a desire to create a convenient, secure, easy to use on-line payment vehicle that also provides excellent reporting functionality. As such, there are two important “customers:”

Paying Customers

To insure safety and security, WePayOnline  works with a variety of Online Processors, from PowerPay.biz to Teledraft.com Inc. as well as Authorize.net to handle all of the payment processing. This isnures that you will obtain the lowest possible transaction rates available and allows you to focus upon growing and managing your business

WePayOnline uses HSBC Bank as well as  Merrick Bank as its Clearing House of all inbound and outbound payments/transactions for either ACH or Card Payments. Both banks are members of the FDIC and both of their recent CRA ratings are OUTSTANDING given by the FDIC.

WePayOnline is happy to announce that we are now able to receive, process, and manage your payments in a 256-bit encrypted, firewall protected environment.

Additionally, WePayOnline offers the “padlock” protection of a major SSL certificate from GoDaddy.com so that sensitive data will be safe from prying eyes.

Lastly, whenever you choose to pay online with WePayOnline you will receive “peace of mind” with an email confirmation that can be archived or printed by you for your records.

In addition to providing a safe and secure online bill payment environment, WePayOnline also provides a robust data processing feature that enables your business to be more efficient handling payments and fees. The majority of time spent processing written checks is eliminated and will allow for quicker turnaround time from payment received to payment deposited. Most if not all, Non-sufficient funds, (NSF) handling will be eliminated and data capture in the format you require is either uploaded through your secure Web-Service (SAP, 24SevenOffice, AME,  AS/400 for example) or can be downloaded from our site into a flat file format -- .csv.
